I am a French-Swedish national and I have been living in Brussels since 1995.

After post-graduate studies in European law and a career as  leader of European organizations,  I decided in 2019 to give a new turn to my professional life. For more  information about my profile, see  LinkedIn .

Professional coach  and trainer-coach certified by the BAO institute , I coach in French and English since 2020 and support individuals on their personal and professional development goals. I use in my practice different tools and models stemming from Non-Violent Communication , Transactional Analysis and Neurolinguistic Programming . I regularly use psychometric tests and integrate tools which help regulate stress and emotions such as Cardiac Coherence, Visualisation and Anchoring processes.

I intervene as a reference - coach at  Art2Work, and as a facilitator with different organizations in the context of trainings or workshops (stress & burnout prevention, conflict prevention & management, Leadership). 

Since 2022,  I also work as coach and headhunter on recruitment assignments at Mavence in the European Public Affairs sector.
