ORAKLES COACHING

Individual coaching
How does it work?
Coaching is a methodology to support individuals ready to embrace change and self-development :

-
To challenge their beliefs
-
To overcome their blockings and self-limitations
-
To fully connect to their resources and skills
-
To define a tailor-made action plan

... in order to achieve their goals.

Certain painful or tragic events can also bring individuals to more in-depths questionings and to consider fundamental changes. In these difficult situations coaching can also help clarify immediate needs and define priority steps towards a sustainable balance.

In my practice, I use tools and models stemming from Non-Violent Communication, Transactional Analysis and Neurolinguistic Programming.

The objectives and themes addressed in coaching are not limited and can affect both private life (couple, family, well-being, personal projects) and professional life (career development, stress & burnout prevention, retraining, onboarding new functions).
I regularly support people with complex functionings, taking into account their specific needs and resources.
The support cycles are generally short (between 5 and 10 sessions of a duration of approximately 1 hour for each session) but can be longer for complex issues.

My services are aligned with the competencies defined by the ICF and imply an ongoing training process and supervision.
